Katherine Martell is a founder and principal of K + M Law Group located in Falls Church, Virginia and is of counsel to the Vienna Law Group, P.C. Katherine has a diversified client base and is an experienced business attorney providing quality legal services at a reasonable price. Her current caseload includes complex business litigation, business formation and consulting, employment law, personal injury, divorce and custody cases, and traffic matters.

Recovered a settlement for a woman that had been fired after she took time from her job to receive chemotherapy.
Recovered marital assets for a wife whose husband had received a home by deed of gift.
Settled approximately $8 million in corporate debt for a large government contractor, at approximately 30 cents on the dollar.
Fought for and received shared custody for a father whose ex-spouse filed for sole custody.
Settled $1 million in liquid assets during divorce proceedings without going through trial.
Won property damage claim for a client after a moving company damaged her belongings.
After a two week trial, won a jury verdict finding her business client not liable for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, and tortious interference with an economic advantage.
Prior to founding K + M Law Group, Katherine joined a large international law firm as a member of their Corporate and Finance group, focusing her practice on merges and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance transactions. She has experience in such areas as mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, acquisition financings and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
In her free time, Katherine is an avid sports fan, regularly attending several games a year. She currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her golden lab puppy named Bella.
