Can I lose my job if convicted for reckless driving in Virginia?

A: Yes, it is possible. Depending on your company policies, you may be required to report your reckless driving conviction to HR. The conviction must also be reported if you have a security clearance which may then be denied or terminated. Licenced professionals may also have their liceses suspended until after the completion of a rehabilitation program.
