How do I get out of jail if I've been arrested?

A: If you have been jailed and bail has been set, you need to pay the bond for release. Bail bonds are like insurance policies. Paying bail means that you agree to appear at all related hearings. In exchange you're released from jail. If you fail to appear in court, as agreed, a warrant will be issued for your arrest and you will probably be denied bail in the future.
