I'm from out of state. Do I need to be worried about a reckless driving ticket I got while driving in Virignia?

 

A: Yes, just because you have a criminal record in another state does not mean it will not affect you. States now share such information and insurance companies are likely to have access to the information as well. Also, if you are applying for a job in the future you are required to answer "yes" if asked if you have been convicted of a crime.
