  I would have never expected to be writting a letter like this.  I
admit to being one of many (I suspect) that have held the US legal
profession in very low regard.  I have long contended that the US
legal system has bred far too many attorneys, the vast majority of
which broadcast aires of superiority and arrogance while smugly over
charging their clients and thereby enjoying a standard of living that
is vastly disproportionate to the value they add to society.  Although
I still largely hold this opinion, I feel obligated to recognize the
most amazing legal assistance I received from your office via Ms
Crosley Johnson.

  As you know I was unfortunately sucked into the Fairfax County
legal system due to my own carelessness.  I lacked the knowledge to
understand how to navigate in this odd world/environment.
Fortunately, I retained your firm but most significant Crosley was
sent to handle my case.
 
Given my previously admitted bias against attorneys in general, I
will also admit that I asked Ms Johnson several rather challenging
questions right out of the gate.  She fielded those questions with
poise, composure and professionalism.  This initial interface with Ms
Johnson impressed me so much that I asked that she be sent again to
represent me on my next court date/appearance.  Thankfully you honored
this request and again she impressed.  Ultimately she was able to
negotiate a very acceptible settlement to this case but most notable
to me was the following - SHE CARED.
 
It was very clear to me that Ms Johnson gave me outstanding value
for my invested retainer however observing an attorney who absolutely
defied ALL of my preconceived beliefs about the US legal system and
its associated attorney's was truly heartwarming.
 
I learned some painful lessons through this experience and although
I have new concerns about the US legal system (being thrown barefoot
into a holding area until 3AM with 19 other rather scary men) however
my experience with Crosley was a standout positive that I expect to
never forget.  No aires of superiority, no arrogance and likely no
inflated standard of living but most importantly; she exceeded my
expectations in every way by actually understanding my situation and
caring about me.  That was the most amazing thing to observe as it was
certainly not expected.
 
You have an amazing young talent in Crosley but more importantly
you have an amazing person - I hope you understand that.  Thanks for
everything!!

PS:  I certainly hope to stay clear of the legal system in the future
however you can be assured that if I or my family ever does need legal
assistance I will be returning to the Vienna Law group and I hope
Crosley is still available.

Hey Jad---thanks so much for helping me today. i will do my best not to neglect or abuse any children, including my own, in the next 6 months. I am happy to write a testimonial for you although would need an alias (Tess Tickle?). Your guy--Nibril (no idea how to spell) was really great. You guys actually made the process tolerable and your sense of humor helped me relax. Thanks again and see you in November.

I want to thank you for the not guilty last week in court. When they found the cocaine in my door handle, all the other lawyers told me I should try to go for the first time offender program. I thought I was going to have live as a convicted felon for the rest of my life and lose my job as a result.  However, you told me not to worry and that you had seen similar cases in the past where people had gotten, and I decided to trust you and paid off.

Also, I wanted to thank you for reducing my 2nd DUI to a 1st DUI and making sure I did no jail time. Your a great lawyer and I would recomment to anyone who would listen.
